Fully Alive Yoga
Our pelvic floor, or our “Root” as it’s often referred to in Yoga, can seem elusive and mysterious but it doesn’t have to be. Women of any age and stage of life can deepen her relationship with the space that holds much of our physical and energetic stability. In this two hour workshop, we will identify the pelvic floor and learn why relaxing these muscles is just as important as contracting them. We will explore practices to strengthen and awaken this area that are practical and accessible in your daily life. Join us in finding the support you need to feel grounded confident, both inside and out.
