Mindful Eating

There’s no question, we all want to feel our best and live fully alive! And the first step towards great health is to fuel our awesome bodies with the best nutrition possible.  We are coming together now as members of the Fully Alive Yoga tribe to practice mindfulness where our food choices are concerned.  We have one simple goal this next week, to give some thought to what we eat. How? We’ll make a plan.  We will shop wisely. Load up on what’s fresh. Get rid of our junk. Face our personal food dragons. Drink lots of water. Question the amount. And pray.  

So let’s get going! Be sure to share your ideas, struggles, recipes or anything you think might benefit the rest of us.  Here’s to a mindful, full, abundant life!
